1 : Put a liquid foundation all over your face even in the lips
2 : Put a powder foundation
3 : Add fake eyelashes
4 : Draw a heart on the upper lip with a blue lipstick (I used a mousse blue eyeshadow)
5 : Try to make the same shape I made
6 : The lower lip have to be smaller than the upper lip.
7 : Add blue eyeshadow on the corner of the eye then add eyeliner all over your eye
Tadaaa! It's done!
